Our objective is to use personal information only for appropriate, disclosed and lawful purposes, while protecting its confidentiality and limiting access to authorised persons.

2. Our Business Model and Role

AllCare primarily operates as an intermediary, service aggregator, referral and facilitation platform.

Our role is generally to connect customers with suitable third-party service providers and facilitate communication, inquiries, bookings or transactions.

Depending on the service, AllCare may:

  1. Receive a customer’s request.

  4. Facilitate communication, coordination and follow-up.
  5. Receive commission or referral remuneration from a relevant service provider or business partner under an agreed arrangement, where applicable.

AllCare does not automatically become the direct provider of every service listed on the platform merely because a customer submits a request through our website.

The actual service provider, lender, contractor, seller, buyer or other relevant party will depend on the nature of the transaction and the applicable agreement.

Nothing in this Policy excludes any legal obligation or responsibility that applicable law imposes on AllCare.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the request, this may include the customer's name, mobile number, email address, general loan requirement and relevant application coordination information.

Documents such as PAN, income proof, bank statements, identity documents or other financial records should be collected or processed only where necessary, lawfully permitted and appropriately disclosed.

  1. Creating and managing customer, worker and staff accounts.
  2. Receiving and managing service inquiries and bookings.
  3. Connecting customers with appropriate service providers.
  4. Identifying suitable technicians, workers, vendors and contractors.

  15. Improving website security, reliability and user experience.
  16. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its users, subject to applicable law.

We will not knowingly use personal information for unrelated purposes merely because it has been submitted to our platform.

Where a new purpose requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, the necessary steps will be taken.

5. Home Services and Service Provider Coordination

AllCura facilitates connections between customers and relevant service professionals, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, beauticians, cleaning professionals, AC technicians, appliance repair technicians and other listed service providers.

When a customer requests a service, AllCare may share the customer's relevant contact information, service address, requested work and necessary scheduling details with the selected or assigned service provider.

The purpose of this sharing is to enable the service provider to contact the customer, assess the request, arrange the work and complete the service.

A service provider should receive only the information reasonably necessary for that particular assignment. Unrelated customer information, confidential worker documents and other private records must not be disclosed merely because the provider is associated with the platform.

The actual work, scope, price, timing, materials, warranty and other service conditions may be agreed between the customer and the relevant provider.

AllCare may facilitate communication and coordination but does not automatically guarantee every independent provider's performance, qualifications, conduct or work quality. Any responsibility legally imposed on AllCare remains unaffected.

6. Construction, House Building and Contractor Referrals

Where a customer wishes to construct a new house or undertake renovation or other construction work, AllCura may introduce the customer to a suitable contractor or construction service provider.

Relevant project details may be shared with the contractor to enable an estimate, site visit, quotation or discussion.

The customer and contractor may separately agree on the project scope, materials, estimated cost, payment schedule, completion timeline, workmanship standards and contractual obligations.

AllCare may receive commission from a contractor under a separate commercial arrangement. Such commission is distinct from the amount the customer pays for the construction work.

The actual construction agreement, where applicable, should identify the responsible parties and their respective obligations.

7. Loan Assistance, Bank Referrals and Commission

AllCare may help customers connect with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and other eligible lenders or financial service providers.

AllCare is not itself a lender merely because it facilitates a loan referral or assists with communication.

The relevant bank or lender is responsible for its own credit assessment, verification, eligibility checks, approval decision, applicable interest rate, loan terms and disbursement.

AllCare does not guarantee loan approval, a particular loan amount, an interest rate or the disbursement of funds.

7.1 Customer Charges

Under AllCare's stated business policy, the Company does not charge the customer a separate AllCare loan referral or facilitation fee.

Where applicable, AllCare may receive a one-time referral or other agreed commission from a bank or financial service provider under a lawful commercial arrangement.

The receipt of such commission does not mean that the customer owes an additional AllCare referral fee.

Any fees, interest, charges or other amounts payable to a bank or lender must be determined and disclosed by that institution under its applicable terms and legal obligations.

7.2 Customer Documents and Financial Information

Customer documents will be shared with a bank or financial service provider only to the extent necessary for the requested assistance and in accordance with applicable law and the required notice or consent.

Where a bank or lender requires customers to submit documents directly through its authorised channel, customers may be directed to do so.

Customers should verify the identity of the receiving institution and review its applicable privacy notice and loan terms before submitting sensitive information.

7.3 Regulated Financial Activities

If AllCare performs activities on behalf of a bank or NBFC that fall within applicable regulated lending, outsourcing or Lending Service Provider requirements, the relevant contractual and regulatory obligations must be assessed and complied with.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to replace any required bank or NBFC agreement, regulatory approval, disclosure or compliance process.

8. Vehicle Purchase, Sale, Exchange and Rental Facilitation

AllCura may connect prospective vehicle buyers, sellers, dealers, rental operators and other relevant parties.

For vehicle purchases or sales, AllCare may help identify interested parties and facilitate communication or access to an appropriate marketplace.

For vehicle rental inquiries, AllCare may help customers contact a relevant rental provider.

AllCare does not automatically own, sell, purchase, rent or transfer a vehicle merely because it facilitates a connection.

Vehicle ownership, registration, insurance, condition, documentation, pricing, availability and transaction terms should be independently verified by the relevant parties.

Any commission payable to AllCare by a participating business or provider will be governed by the applicable commercial arrangement.

The actual vehicle transaction or rental agreement, where applicable, will be between the relevant parties unless AllCare expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Company Revenue, Commission and Customer Charges

AllCare's business model may involve receiving commission or referral remuneration from service providers, contractors, vendors, financial institutions or other business partners.

Depending on the service, such remuneration may be calculated as a one-time referral commission, a fixed amount, a percentage or another agreed commercial arrangement.

Examples include:

  • A service provider paying an agreed commission for a customer referral.
  • A contractor paying an agreed commission for a construction referral.
  • A bank or eligible financial service provider paying an agreed referral commission, where lawful.
  • A vehicle dealer, seller, rental provider or other participating business paying an agreed commission, where applicable.

AllCare's stated policy is not to charge customers an additional AllCare platform, referral or booking fee for the facilitation described in this Policy.

However, an independent service provider, contractor, bank, lender, vehicle seller, rental operator or other third party may have its own prices, service charges, taxes, interest, deposits or other lawful charges.

Any applicable third-party charge should be disclosed by the relevant provider before the customer agrees to the transaction, as required by applicable law.

The absence of an AllCare referral fee does not mean that every underlying service or transaction is free.

Any commission arrangement must be lawful, appropriately documented and consistent with the terms applicable to the relevant service.

10. Sharing Information With Third Parties

We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients, where necessary and legally permitted:

10.1 Assigned Service Providers

Relevant booking and contact details may be shared with workers, technicians, vendors, contractors and other service providers to fulfil the customer's request.

10.3 Vehicle and Rental Partners

10.4 Website and Technology Providers

Information may be processed by authorised website hosting providers, cloud or storage providers, software providers, communication services and other technology partners supporting the platform.

10.5 Payment and Verification Providers

Where applicable, necessary information may be shared with authorised payment processors, verification providers or other service providers involved in a requested transaction or legitimate administrative process.

10.6 Professional Advisers and Authorities

Information may be disclosed to auditors, accountants, legal advisers, courts, government authorities or regulators where necessary or required or permitted by law.

We aim to limit disclosures to the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

We do not sell worker identity documents or bank account information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards should be maintained as required by applicable law.

11. Confidentiality of Worker Documents and Bank Information

AllCare treats worker registration documents, identity information, PAN details, bank account numbers, IFSC codes and other private records as confidential personal information.

Subject to applicable law and the actual security controls implemented on the platform:

  1. Access must be restricted to authorised personnel who require the information for a legitimate purpose.
  2. One worker must not be able to access another worker's private identity documents or bank details through ordinary account access.
  3. Customers must not be able to access confidential worker documents or internal administrative records.
  4. Documents must not be publicly displayed on the website.
  5. Bank details must not be used for unrelated purposes merely because they were submitted during registration.
  6. Access to sensitive records should be controlled through appropriate role-based permissions.
  7. Viewing, downloading, updating or deleting sensitive records should be logged where technically and reasonably appropriate.
  8. Documents should be shared with a third party only where necessary, legally permitted and appropriately authorised.
  9. Documents should not be used for unrelated promotional messaging.

Where sensitive documents are not necessary for a particular role or transaction, they should not be collected merely for convenience.

Users should report suspected unauthorised access or misuse of their accounts to our support team.

We may take appropriate steps to protect an account where suspicious activity or a security risk is identified, subject to applicable law and the platform's terms.
