Safety & Quality Policy
AllCare Multi Services India Private Limited
Operating the AllCura Services Platform
1. Our Commitment to Safety and Quality
At AllCare Multi Services India Private Limited, operating under the brand name AllCura Services, we are committed to promoting safe service practices, professional conduct, customer satisfaction and responsible coordination between customers and service providers.
Our objective is to facilitate access to reliable service professionals while encouraging appropriate safety precautions, transparent communication and quality-conscious service delivery.
This policy applies to the services and activities facilitated through our platform, subject to the nature of the service, the responsibilities of the relevant parties and applicable law.
2. Service Provider Verification
Where applicable, AllCura may review service provider registration details, submitted documents, declared skills, qualifications and other relevant information before approving a service provider.
Verification requirements may vary according to the nature of the work and applicable legal requirements.
Registration or approval does not automatically guarantee a provider's future performance, professional competence or suitability for every assignment.
Service providers are responsible for maintaining accurate information and holding the licences, qualifications, permits and authorisations legally required for their work.
3. Workplace and Service Safety
We encourage service providers to follow appropriate safety practices while carrying out service assignments.
Depending on the nature of the work, these practices may include:
- Using suitable tools and equipment.
- Following applicable electrical, plumbing, construction and equipment safety procedures.
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment where necessary.
- Maintaining a reasonably safe working environment.
- Following applicable laws, technical standards and professional practices.
- Informing the customer about material risks or precautions relevant to the work.
- Avoiding work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully with the available skills and equipment.
Customers should provide accurate information about the work required and inform the service provider of known hazards at the service location.
Emergency situations should be referred to the appropriate emergency services.
4. Service Quality Standards
AllCura aims to promote professional and quality-conscious service delivery through clear communication and responsible coordination.
We encourage service providers to:
- Understand the customer's requirements before beginning work.
- Explain the expected scope of work and applicable charges.
- Use suitable tools, materials and methods.
- Complete agreed work with reasonable care and diligence.
- Communicate delays, changes or unexpected issues promptly.
- Treat customers, their property and their personal information respectfully.
- Explain relevant maintenance instructions or precautions where appropriate.
The applicable scope, price, materials, completion time and warranty conditions should be agreed upon by the relevant parties before work begins, where appropriate.
5. Customer Protection and Professional Conduct
AllCura expects customers, service providers and other participants to communicate respectfully and act honestly.
The following conduct is not acceptable:
- Fraud, misrepresentation or deliberate submission of false information.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation or abusive behaviour.
- Unauthorised use or disclosure of personal information.
- Unlawful discrimination or exploitation.
- Unauthorised charges or deliberate misrepresentation of agreed prices.
- Deliberate damage to property or misuse of customer information.
- Conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk or violates applicable law.
Concerns about misconduct may be reported to the Company for review.
6. Transparent Pricing and Service Agreements
Customers should receive clear information about the applicable service charges before authorising work.
The actual service provider and customer should confirm the agreed price, scope of work, materials, schedule, payment arrangement and other relevant conditions.
At present, the AllCura Services website does not provide an integrated online payment facility. Payment arrangements may therefore be communicated separately by the Company or the relevant service provider.
Any applicable Company charge or third-party charge should be disclosed before the customer agrees to the relevant transaction, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Quality Monitoring and Feedback
Customer feedback and complaints can help identify service concerns and opportunities for improvement.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, AllCura may review reported issues, seek clarification from the parties, facilitate communication and take action within its authority.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include requesting corrective measures, reviewing a provider's registration or restricting access to the platform where justified and legally permissible.
Any review will depend on the information available, the nature of the complaint and the applicable agreement.
8. Complaints and Resolution
Customers and service providers may report safety concerns, poor service experiences, misconduct, inaccurate information or other issues related to the platform.
When submitting a complaint, users should provide relevant details, such as the service category, date, description of the issue and booking reference, where available.
The Company may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
We aim to handle complaints fairly and respond within applicable legal time limits. Where a matter falls within the responsibility of an independent service provider or another organisation, we may help direct the complaint to the appropriate party.
Nothing in this policy removes any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Safety and quality also include the responsible handling of personal information.
AllCura expects authorised personnel and participating service providers to handle customer and service provider information only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable law and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Personal documents, identity information, contact details and bank information must not be accessed, disclosed or used without appropriate authority or a lawful basis.
Users should not share passwords, OTPs or banking authentication credentials with unauthorised persons.
10. Continuous Improvement
AllCura aims to improve its service coordination processes, communication practices and customer experience as its operations develop.
This may include reviewing feedback, updating internal procedures, improving service provider guidance and addressing recurring issues where reasonably possible.
Any standards or procedures introduced will be subject to the Company's operational capabilities and applicable legal requirements.
11. Scope and Limitations
AllCura Services facilitates service inquiries and connections with relevant service providers, depending on the service offered.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AllCare does not automatically perform or directly supervise every service listed on the platform.
Independent service providers remain responsible for their own work, professional conduct, applicable licences and legal obligations.
This policy does not exclude any responsibility, consumer protection or other legal obligation that applicable law imposes on AllCare or another relevant party.
12. Policy Updates
AllCare may update this Safety & Quality Policy to reflect changes in its services, operating procedures, technology or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on the official website.
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
