AllCare Multi Services India Private Limited

Operating the AllCura Services Platform

Website: https://allcuraindia.com
Effective Date: [26/10/2026]
Last Updated: [26/10/2026]

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AllCura Services platform operated by AllCare Multi Services India Private Limited (“AllCare”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

AllCura Services is a service aggregation, referral, marketplace and facilitation platform intended to connect customers with relevant service providers and facilitate service inquiries, bookings, referrals and related communications.

By accessing or using our website, submitting a service request, registering as a service provider or otherwise using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the platform.

Where a separate written agreement applies to a particular service, the parties will also be governed by that agreement. In the event of a conflict, applicable law will prevail, and the specific agreement will govern only to the extent lawfully agreed and applicable.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION AND PLATFORM SCOPE

Company Name: AllCare Multi Services India Private Limited
Brand Name: AllCura Services
Website: https://allcuraindia.com
Registered/Business Office: The applicable registered office address recorded in the Company's official records will govern for statutory purposes. The operational contact address is provided in Section 21.

AllCura may facilitate inquiries, bookings, referrals or connections relating to services including, where offered on the platform:

  • Electrical, plumbing and home repair services.
  • AC, appliance and equipment repair.
  • Carpentry, painting, cleaning and interior services.
  • Beauty, salon and grooming services.
  • Facility management, manpower and security services.
  • Packers and movers.
  • Construction, renovation and contractor referrals.
  • Agriculture-related support, soil testing and tractor hire inquiries.
  • Loan assistance and referrals to eligible financial service providers.
  • Vehicle purchase, sale, exchange and rental facilitation.
  • Mobile repair, event-related services and other listed categories.

The availability of a service may vary by location, provider availability, operational capacity and applicable legal requirements. Listing a service category does not guarantee that the service is available in every location or at all times.

3. NATURE AND ROLE OF THE PLATFORM

AllCura generally acts as an intermediary, service aggregator, referral or facilitation platform.

Depending on the relevant service, AllCare may receive an inquiry, identify a suitable provider, share necessary information, facilitate communication, coordinate appointments and assist with follow-up.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AllCare does not automatically become the direct provider, employer, contractor, lender, vehicle owner, seller or rental operator merely because a service is listed or arranged through the platform.

The identity of the actual service provider and the nature of the contractual relationship must be determined from the relevant transaction, service arrangement and applicable agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any duty, liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers using the platform must provide accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for their service requests.

Customers agree to:

  1. Provide correct contact details and the relevant service location.
  2. Explain the requested service accurately.
  3. Provide reasonable access to the premises where necessary and lawfully arranged.
  4. Communicate respectfully with service providers and Company personnel.
  5. Confirm the agreed scope, price, schedule and other material service conditions before work begins.
  6. Make payments directly to the relevant party using the agreed method, where applicable.
  7. Avoid fraudulent requests, harassment, threats, unlawful activities or misuse of the platform.
  8. Notify the Company of material booking errors, complaints or suspected misconduct.

Customers must not knowingly submit false information, impersonate another person or use the platform to violate applicable law.

5. SERVICE PROVIDER REGISTRATION AND APPROVAL

Individuals seeking to join the AllCura service provider network may be required to complete the applicable registration process.

Depending on the role, the Company may request the following information:

  • Full name and contact details.
  • Residential address and service location.
  • Photograph and professional profile information.
  • Skills, qualifications and work experience.
  • Identity documents, including Aadhaar or other appropriate identification, where necessary and legally permissible.
  • PAN details, where lawfully required.
  • Bank account holder name, bank account number and IFSC code, where necessary for authorised payments.
  • Other documents reasonably necessary for registration, verification or administration.

Registration does not automatically guarantee approval, employment, work allocation, a minimum number of service requests or any minimum income.

The Company may verify submitted information, request clarification, reject incomplete applications or suspend a registration where there is a legitimate reason, subject to applicable law and any applicable agreement.

Service providers must:

  1. Submit genuine and accurate documents.
  2. Keep their contact and professional information updated.
  3. Maintain the qualifications, licences, registrations and permissions legally required for their work.
  4. Perform accepted assignments professionally and safely.
  5. Follow applicable customer privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  6. Avoid unauthorised charges, misrepresentation, fraud and unlawful conduct.
  7. Promptly notify the Company of any material change affecting their ability to perform an accepted assignment.

Approval to join the platform must not be represented as a government licence, professional certification or employment guarantee unless such status has actually been granted by the relevant authority or expressly documented.

6. SERVICE REQUESTS, BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

Customers may submit inquiries or request services through the website or another communication channel made available by the Company.

A submitted request is an expression of interest and does not necessarily constitute a confirmed appointment or a guarantee that a provider will be available.

A booking will be treated as confirmed only when confirmation has been communicated through the applicable booking process or by an authorised representative, as appropriate to the service.

The Company may contact the customer to clarify requirements, identify a suitable provider, confirm availability or communicate the next steps.

Customers should verify the agreed scope of work, estimated charges, timing and relevant service conditions before authorising the work.

Where a request cannot be fulfilled, the Company may inform the customer and, where reasonably possible, suggest an alternative provider or appointment.

7. SERVICE PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

At present, the AllCura Services website does not provide an integrated online payment facility.

The applicable service price and payment arrangement may be communicated separately by the Company or the relevant service provider, depending on the service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service:

  1. Customers should confirm the total applicable price and any additional charges before authorising the work.
  2. Payments may be made directly to the relevant service provider or through another separately agreed method.
  3. The customer must verify the identity of the intended recipient before making a payment.
  4. The Company will not be responsible for a payment made to an unauthorised person merely claiming to represent AllCura.
  5. Any applicable invoice, receipt, tax document or payment confirmation should be obtained from the party legally responsible for issuing it.

The absence of an online payment facility does not mean that all services offered through the platform are free of charge.

Any Company fee, service charge, deposit or other amount payable directly to AllCare must be communicated transparently before the customer agrees to the relevant transaction, in accordance with applicable law.

8. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

Customers should inform the Company or the relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.

The applicable cancellation period, refund conditions, charges for work already performed, material costs and any provider-specific terms should be communicated before the customer commits to the relevant service.

If a customer has paid an amount directly to a service provider, the refund will ordinarily need to be addressed with the party that received the payment, subject to applicable law and any arrangement involving AllCare.

Where AllCare has directly collected an amount for a service, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the disclosed terms, the nature of the transaction and applicable law.

No provision of this section removes a consumer's statutory right to a refund, compensation or other remedy where legally available.

Because the website does not currently offer integrated online payments, no online payment gateway refund process is represented as presently available.

9. SERVICE PROVIDER PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY

Service providers are expected to perform accepted assignments with reasonable care, professional conduct and the qualifications required for the work.

Before authorising a service, customers should clarify the scope of work, materials, estimated price, completion schedule, warranty, maintenance obligations and any other material conditions.

Where a service is performed by an independent third-party provider, the provider may be responsible for the actual performance of the work under the applicable arrangement.

AllCare may assist with communication, coordination and complaint handling, but does not guarantee every independent provider's availability, conduct, workmanship, qualifications, completion time or commercial terms.

This provision does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on AllCare or any remedy available to a customer under consumer protection law.

10. LOAN ASSISTANCE AND FINANCIAL REFERRALS

AllCura may facilitate connections between customers and eligible banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or other financial service providers, where such services are offered.

AllCare is not itself a lender merely because it assists with an inquiry or referral.

Loan approval, eligibility, credit assessment, interest rates, loan amounts, repayment schedules, disbursement and other lending conditions are determined by the relevant lender under its own policies and applicable law.

AllCare does not guarantee loan approval, a particular interest rate, a specified loan amount or disbursement of funds.

Where applicable, AllCare may receive referral remuneration or commission from an eligible financial institution under a lawful commercial arrangement.

The Company's policy is not to charge customers a separate AllCare loan referral fee where the relevant service is offered on that basis. Any applicable Company charge, if introduced for a particular service, must be disclosed before the customer agrees to it.

Customers should review the lender's official terms, fees, interest rates, privacy notice and repayment obligations before entering into a financial transaction.

AllCare will not represent itself as a bank, NBFC or authorised financial intermediary unless it holds the registrations or permissions required for the specific activity.

11. CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR AND PROJECT REFERRALS

Where offered, AllCura may facilitate introductions between customers and contractors or professionals for construction, renovation, painting, interior work or related projects.

The customer and contractor should independently agree on the scope of work, drawings, materials, estimates, payment milestones, completion schedule, quality standards, warranties and contractual responsibilities.

A project should be governed by a separate written agreement where appropriate, especially for substantial construction work.

Any referral commission payable to AllCare by a contractor must be governed by a lawful commercial arrangement.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AllCare does not automatically become the construction contractor or assume responsibility for the contractor's execution of the project.

12. VEHICLE PURCHASE, SALE, EXCHANGE AND RENTAL

Where such services are offered, AllCura may facilitate connections between vehicle buyers, sellers, dealers and rental providers.

The relevant parties are responsible for verifying vehicle ownership, registration certificates, insurance, vehicle condition, outstanding liabilities, permits and other applicable documentation.

For rentals, the customer and rental provider should confirm the rental period, price, security deposit, insurance, usage restrictions, damage liability and other conditions before the vehicle is handed over.

AllCare does not automatically own, sell, purchase, lease or rent a vehicle merely because it facilitates an introduction.

Any applicable commission or referral remuneration must be governed by a lawful arrangement.

The parties must comply with applicable motor vehicle, insurance, tax and other relevant laws.

13. COMMISSION AND BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS

AllCare may receive commission or referral remuneration from service providers, contractors, vendors, vehicle dealers, rental operators, financial institutions or other business partners, where applicable and legally permitted.

The arrangement may involve a fixed amount, a percentage or another agreed commercial basis.

Any such commission arrangement is separate from the customer's underlying service agreement unless expressly disclosed otherwise.

No commission arrangement authorises the Company or a service provider to impose an undisclosed charge on a customer.

Any required disclosures, contractual documentation, tax treatment, sector-specific permissions and regulatory obligations must be observed.

14. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

The collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information are governed by the AllCura Privacy Policy published on the website, together with applicable law.

The Company may process customer information necessary for service inquiries and bookings and service provider information necessary for registration, verification, work coordination and authorised administrative purposes.

Service providers may be required to submit identity documents, PAN details and bank information where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.

Such information must be handled through appropriate access controls and must not be used or disclosed for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis.

Users should not share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or confidential documents with unauthorised persons.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the website's policy framework and should be read together with these Terms.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND WEBSITE CONTENT

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, brand elements, logos, text, graphics, layouts and other content owned by or lawfully licensed to AllCare are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with the services offered.

Without prior written permission or another lawful entitlement, users must not copy, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, modify or distribute protected Company content in a manner that infringes the Company's or another person's rights.

The names, logos and trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to a user.

16. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  1. Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  2. Submit false identity, registration or payment information.
  3. Impersonate another person or misrepresent professional qualifications.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, documents, systems or administrative functions.
  5. Upload malware or attempt to disrupt website security or availability.
  6. Harvest personal information without lawful authority.
  7. Harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against customers, workers or Company personnel.
  8. Use the platform to advertise prohibited or unlawful services.
  9. Circumvent applicable safety, verification or regulatory requirements.
  10. Engage in conduct that violates applicable law or infringes another person's rights.

Where reasonably justified, the Company may investigate reported misuse, restrict access or suspend a registration, subject to applicable law and any relevant agreement.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL WEBSITES

The platform may facilitate connections with independent service providers, financial institutions, vehicle dealers, rental operators and other third parties.

Such parties may operate under their own contracts, privacy policies, pricing structures and service conditions.

Before entering into a transaction, users should verify the relevant party's identity, authority, terms and applicable charges.

Links to external websites may be provided for convenience. The presence of a link does not automatically mean that AllCare owns, operates, endorses or controls the external service.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability imposed on AllCare by applicable law.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AllCare will not be responsible for losses arising solely from matters outside its reasonable control, including an independent provider's failure to perform an agreed service, an external website's operation or a third party's independent contractual obligations.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

AllCare does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain and improve the platform.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs directly arising from the user's unlawful conduct, fraud, wilful misuse of the platform or material breach of these Terms.

No user is required under this section to indemnify AllCare for losses resulting from AllCare's own unlawful conduct or for any liability that cannot legally be transferred to the user.

Any claim under this section must be assessed in light of the facts, the applicable agreement and applicable law.

20. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO SERVICES

AllCare may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, address a security risk, comply with a lawful direction or respond to a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, the affected user may be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond.

Users may stop using the platform at any time. Ending access does not automatically extinguish obligations or payment liabilities already lawfully incurred.

The Company may add, modify, suspend or discontinue a service category, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual commitments.

21. COMPLAINTS, GRIEVANCES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Users may submit complaints relating to service requests, provider conduct, registration, privacy, unauthorised use or other matters connected with the platform.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through the Company's complaint-handling process or direct communication.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court, consumer commission or other competent forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or other statutory authority where the law permits.

No provision of this section creates exclusive jurisdiction in a location where such restriction would be unlawful.

23. FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be treated as having breached these Terms solely because performance is delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, major network outage, governmental restriction or other exceptional event.

The Company will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of such an event where practicable.

This section does not remove any statutory consumer right or payment obligation that remains applicable.

24. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

AllCare may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, operations, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The revised version will be published on the website with an updated revision date.

Where required by law, the Company will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.

Users should review the published Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update will be subject to applicable law and any consent requirements; continued use alone will not override a legal requirement for express consent.

25. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, where legally possible.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND POLICY RELATIONSHIP

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any specific written service agreement, constitute the relevant terms governing use of the platform, subject to applicable law.

A separate service agreement may contain additional provisions regarding price, scope of work, payment, cancellation, warranties, confidentiality or other service-specific matters.

No provision of these Terms overrides a mandatory legal requirement or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
